The theme isMovement. You can interpret it however you like—cars, bikes, long exposures, wildlife, nature, or portraits—just ensure your photo captures some form of movement.

This is a worldwide competition open to everyone, no matter where you live or what camera you shoot on.
What are the prizes?

- 1st Place: Vanguard camera bag with a Sony A7 Mk V, Sigma 35mm lens, DJI Neo drone, Hoya filters, 64GB Sandisk SD card, and tripod.
- 2nd Place: Sigma 35mm f1.4 lens.
- 3rd Place: $1,000 Sony voucher.
How will the photos be judged?

Your submission will be judged on:
- Relevance to the theme (Movement).
- Lighting, composition, and editing/colour grading.
- Atmosphere, including environment, weather, location, and storytelling.

Yes, this is a photography competition, not a Photoshop competition. AI-generated elements or heavy editing like sky replacements or fake lighting are not allowed. Minimal adjustments, like sensor dust removal, are acceptable. You must also provide your RAW file if requested.

The competition is open from now until 11:59 PM, January 5, 2025 (AEST). Only photos taken within these dates are eligible.

The top 8 photos, as judged by the panel, will enter a semi-finalist round on Instagram in January. A double-elimination voting system will allow followers to choose the winners.
